Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY: 
If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any product of any shipment within thirty (30) days of our shipping date for a full refund. If the product is opened, we cannot accept it for return or refund. There is no refund for shipping or handling charges. We allow only one return per customer. To process your refund, you must provide us with your order receipt, name and delivery address provided in the order. Failure to provide this information at the time of return or request for cancellation will delay the process.

To return your order you must call our Customer Service Center at 1-844-453-4257 within 30 days of your order and the cancellation will be processed immediately. Such cancellations after the 30 day period, must be undertaken prior to the shipment of the product. Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card that was used in ordering the product. It generally takes about 10 to 28 business days to receive a refund. Refunds will be for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
 
SHIPPING 
Tracking information will be automatically sent to your provided email Address once your order has shipped. All orders ship ground unless an Express method is selected and orders normally arrive within 5-8 Business days.
